It’s time to get shredded!
Our cut began on March 1st and we are pretty pumped to see the results of our hard work in about 10-12 weeks. Jack and I are both adjusting our macros and incorporating a little more cardio in our workouts to burn fat. Personally, I would rather increase my cardio before I start decreasing the amount of food I eat so you will see that in my initial plan.
Jack’s Shred Fest 2015 Plan:
300 calories (about 30 minutes) per week
Sarah’s Shred Fest 2015 Plan:
600 calories (about 60 minutes) per week
We will stick to this plan for about 2-3 weeks and then reassess.
