I’m so happy you are here! Intown Fit was inspired by my passion for living a fit and healthy lifestyle surrounded by the sites, sounds, and tastes that city living has to offer.

From long-distance runner to weight lifter to amateur yogi, I am constantly growing in my fitness journey. I believe in taking care of my body from the inside out through good nutrition, even if my stance on the meaning of that changes over time.
